Website and estimate information
This website provides general information about our services. Calculator results are preliminary estimates based on the measurements and options you enter. They are not a binding quote, offer, invoice, reservation, or contract. Using the calculator or contacting us does not authorize work or book an installation.
Final pricing and project scope
Fence calculator rates include materials and labor for the selected fence option. Removal, haul-off, rails, and gates are calculated separately when selected. Final pricing requires confirmation of measurements, materials, access, site conditions, and the work requested. Roots, difficult ground, grading, obstructions, permit requirements, and work outside the selected scope may affect the final quote. Any applicable taxes and fees will be addressed in the written quote.
Written agreement before work
The project’s written agreement will specify the approved scope, total price, payment schedule, any deposit, scheduling, cancellation terms, and any applicable warranty. These website terms do not replace a project agreement. Additional work or material changes must be agreed to before that work proceeds. No deposit, cancellation fee, or warranty period is established by this website.
Property, permits, and scheduling
Before installation, property lines, easements, HOA approvals, required permits, utility locating, and access must be addressed as applicable. Responsibilities will be confirmed for each project. Website information is not a property survey or approval to build. Timing depends on availability, weather, materials, site access, and necessary approvals; a website inquiry does not guarantee a start or completion date.
Enclosures and privacy walls
Our advertised privacy walls are freestanding and are not fixed to any structural building. The design, location, and suitability of dumpster enclosures and privacy walls are confirmed during project review, including any applicable local requirements.
Calls, texts, and email
When you send an inquiry and provide a contact number or email, you request a response about your inquiry using your stated preference. This is not enrollment in automated promotional texts. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Tell us if you prefer another contact method or no further follow-up. The Text us link opens your messaging app; you must send the message there. Email forms open a draft in your email app; you must send it there. Completing fields alone does not deliver a request.
Website use and your rights
Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the website. We aim to keep information current, but please confirm details directly before relying on them for a purchase. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Project-specific statutory notices and any required contract disclosures belong in the applicable written agreement.
